褚婷婷课题组运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、小鼠模型等手段，专注研究固有免疫的分子调控机制 （如cGAS-STING，RIG-I/MDA5-MAVS等信号通路）；自体免疫疾病的致病机理及新靶标的开发；神经免疫；肿瘤免疫以及固有免疫与代谢的关系。

Using molecular biology, cell biology, mouse models and other methods, we seek to understand the regulatory mechanism of innate immunity. We focus on studying the regulatory mechnism of cGAS-STING, RIG-I/MDA5-MAVS and other signaling pathways; Pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases and development of new targets; Neuroimmunology; Tumor immunity and the relationship between innate immunity and metabolism.
